This past Memorial weekend I spent four days with an amazing group of friends in Anaheim for a small group retreat! It was a wonderful time of fellowship and getting encouragement and just support that I’ve been needing (Life, as it is for everyone, gets a bit tough at times!)! While I missed my family at home like crazy, I had such a blessed time of community and fellowship! :)

During this time of rest, I did have a fun shoot in between with a wonderful family that has brought to me one of my best friends, Kristy! You might have noticed Kristy from the senior portraits that I took of her from last year (click to view here). Ever since her graduation and the time I got to meet her parents, they have been so supportive in my business, and I have been so grateful for them and the wisdom they’ve passed on to their daughter, who then passes things along to me!

Kristy’s niece, Chloe, is such a sweet little girl who I fell in love with the first day I met her! As you’ll see, she is so completely adorable, and I couldn’t stop just wanting to play with her the entire time! ;)

I wasn’t sure if Chloe remembered me, but like I said, I’ve been her biggest fan since I met her! I was so excited that she came and hugged me (after some persuasion), after the shoot!

 

 

 

 

Words couldn’t explain how happy I was, even though she was still just getting used to me! In my defense, it was time for her nap! ;)
